New Study Names Delta Top U.S. Airline

The group who compiled the list used DOT reports and the American Consumer Satisfaction Index to determine the rankings.
NEW YORK – A new study by Airfarewatchdog lists Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines as the best U.S. airline, a jump from their 6th place ranking in 2013.

In the study Delta received top marks for the fewest cancelled flights and most-improved customer service. Seattle-based Alaska Airlines had the best rating for on-time arrivals, with more than 89% of flights arriving on-time.

JetBlue had the most cancelled flights, but bumped the lowest number of passengers. The detailed list is available on Airfarewatchdog's website at the link above.
