Netflix Satisfaction Reaches High

The news comes days after an independent firm called a new season of their 'House of Cards' a hit.
NEW YORK – A new survey finds Netflix customer satisfaction is at a three-year high as the sting of the 2011 price hike wears off.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Netflix scored a larger year-over-year increase than any other online retailer last year.

The numbers come on the heels of other good news for the company, with an independent management firm saying its February 14th release of the second season of ‘House of Cards’ was a hit.
