More Business Burglaries Under Investigation

String of break-ins includes plumbing business, meat store and social club

MOUNT UNION, HUNTINGDON COUNTY - Investigators are now looking into several more business burglaries in Mount Union, Huntingdon County.

The break-ins all happened between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

State Police said someone tried to pry open a window at Dimoff's Plumbing & Heating on West Walnut Street. Nothing was stolen.

Brenneman's Meat Market on South Jefferson Street was broken-into. A cash register was taken.

Someone also got inside the Sons of Italy club on West Water Street and took money.

Those burglary reports follow a break-in at the Checkers Grill on Croghan Pike the night before. State Police said the restaurant's cash register was stolen between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
