MBB Falls in Final Seconds to Purdue

The Nittany Lions fall to 0-6 in the Big Ten.
WEST LAFAYETTE, IN - Penn State had a 3 point lead with 16 seconds to go in the game, but Purdue's Terone Johnson hit a 3 with 7 seconds to go in the game to tie it.  Penn State fouled Purdue's A.J. Hammons at the end of the game.  Hammonds scored a free throw with 1 second to go, to lift the Boilermakers to a 65-64 victory.

With the loss, the Nittany Lions are now 0-6 in the Big Ten, and drop to 9-10 overall.

Penn State will play Nebraska on Thursday.
