Keystone Kitchen: Spinach Parmesan Dip

This spinach-parmesan dip is easy to make, and only requires a few ingredients
KEYSTONE KITCHEN - Spinach Parmesan Dip

Ingredients:

1 bag of frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup or regular or reduced fat mayo
1/2 block cream cheese, sofened
1 small onion peeled and minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain spinach to remove all the liquid from it.
Place spinach, mayo, cream cheese, onion garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a bowl.
Mix well so all the ingredients are blended together.
Place mixture into a 3 or 4 cup baking dish.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded Parmesan on top.
Bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve warm with vegetables, tortilla chips or crackers.
