Keystone Kitchen: Ritzy Broccoli Bake

Ritzy Broccoli Bake

2 boxes (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick of butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed
1/4 lb. Ritz Crackers crushed
Onion powder
Butter for greasing


Cook broccoli, drain, return to pot.  Stir in cheese and half butter stick until melted.  Add a couple dashes of onion powder if desired.  Pour into buttered casserole (pie) dish.  Melt remaining butter.  Stir in crushed Ritz Crackers.  Pour crackers over broccoli.  Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
