Judge Orders Man to Hold I'm a Bully Sign

After 15 years of harassing his neighbors disabled children, an Ohio man has been ordered to hold this sign up at a busy intersection.
EUCLID OHIO -  It's an unusual punishment for a man in Ohio.

A judge ordered 62-year-old Edmond Aviv to stand on a street corner this weekend with a sign reading "I am a bully. I pick on children that are disabled and I am intolerant of those that are different from myself."

That's part of his punishment after pleading no contest to a disorderly conduct charge.

A neighbor accused him of bullying the family and their disabled children for some 15-years.

Some of the children are in wheelchairs.

He's even accused of shouting racist remarks at them.

After appearing in court five times over the years, an area judge said enough is enough.

Aviv was also ordered to spend 15 days in jail.
