Orviston, Centre County--A Centre County man found guilty of animal cruelty.

Ronald Haines from Orviston was found guilty of not providing necessities to his dog. Back on January 8th police were called out to Haines' home for a report of neglect in the below zero temperatures. Police found Bo, his yellow lab, dead, frozen to the ground. They noticed the dog house had many holes, there was no food, and the water left was frozen and snow covered from the previous week. Haines was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a one thousand dollar fine.
