Fugitive of the Week captured

The 30-year-old was charged with receiving stolen property in July 2013.
CLEARFIELD, CLEARFIELD COUNTY – A 30-year-old man named fugitive of the week in October has been captured, the Clearfield County District Attorney announced Tuesday.

Pennsylvania State Police filed a criminal complaint against James Casey Lockett of Ramey in July 2013, charging him with Receiving Stolen Property.

State Police say they were dispatched to a home along Maple Street in Gulich Township for the report of a stolen ATV. Upon investigation they located the ATV at Lockett’s residence. The ATV was valued at approximately $1,700.
