Bitter cold but some sunshine today.
Updated Friday Morning, February 28th
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

Today will be bright & sunny with just a few late clouds.  Highs will only be in the mid to upper teens though as an Arctic airmass is in place.  Tonight will become partly cloudy late.  Lows will average around 10.  Tomorrow will become increasingly cloudy with some sprinkles or flurries possible.  A storm system may bring a wintry mix to the region for Sunday & Monday.  How much mild air manages to filter into our region will determine whether we will see snow or a wintry mix.  Right now it looks like a wintry mix develops Sunday and continues into Sunday night before going to all snow for Monday before ending. However, there are a lot of questions with this storm so stay tuned for more details. Behind the storm, Tuesday will be cold with clouds and sunshine and the chance for flurries or snow showers. Wednesday and Thursday will also still be chilly with clouds and sunshine.  Some snow showers are possible on Wednesday.
