The land the building is on was recently purchased to create an industrial park.
CURWENSVILLE, CLEARFIELD COUNTY – Fire crews were able to save a vacant building after a Friday morning fire.

The Curwensville Fire Department was called to 45 Cooper Road for a fully-involved building fire at the old Howes Leather Corporation around 6 a.m. Friday.
