Updated: Saturday evening, February 1st
Reported by: Meteorologist Steve Newton

The mild air is allowing many people to wash their cars with temperatures above freezing and a little sunshine. A disturbance will move in during the overnight hours, with some rain showers possible by morning. The showers will move through with some cool air, bringing the chance for snowflakes to mix in. High temperatures will be in the low 40s in the morning with temperatures falling through the day. Another disturbance will move in from the south late Sunday into Monday, bringing snow showers to the southern portion of our viewing area. A few flurries or snow showers will be left over Tuesday. The next system arrives late Tuesday into Wednesday with a wintry mix for the region.
