Evening Forecast, Saturday April 26, 2014

A few showers will pop up in the Laurel Highlands this evening.

Strong winds today brought warm air to the region, with temperatures getting near 70 in the valleys. The wind will slowly diminish after sunset, and the wind will turn to be more northerly as we go into Sunday with patchy clouds and frost, temperatures will fall into the mid and upper 30s. There will be a mix of sun and clouds Sunday with a northerly wind and temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s. Monday will start with a mix of clouds and sun, but become mostly cloudy ahead of rain which will arrive in the evening. Showers will be around for much of the coming week, with temperatures below seasonal for much of the week, but temperatures could get close to seasonal for Wednesday and Thursday.
