Join the Bellefonte Art Museum and Chef Anne Quinn Corr for a family friendly program featuring edible flowers this Sunday, July 6 from 1:00 to 4:30 pm. The event takes place at the Sharon McCarthy Garden at the museum. It is free and open to the public.

Herbed Yogurt Cheese Spread
 
1 quart plain yogurt (Musser's Dairy yogurt recommended), drained over cheesecloth overnight
1/2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence Mix
1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs
flatbread or leaves of Belgian Endive
cherry tomatoes
cucumber cups
sugar snap peas
flowers for garnish

Combine yogurt cheese with herbs and seasoning of your choice. Spread on flatbread or pipe into leaves of Belgian endive and garnish with flower blossoms.
