Drilling placement company relocates to Hollidaysburg

HOLLIDAYSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY – A local company which places people in the energy sector celebrates the opening of their new offices Tuesday.

Drill Baby Drill Staffing was located in Roaring Spring for more than three years before moving their offices to Hollidaysburg.

The company focuses on placing job seekers in the oil and gas industries, and say there are many more careers that just people working on the wells.

“A lot of people just see the word drilling and not realize there's a huge support staff that goes along and many jobs not only in the field but also support staff in the office, sales, on the manufacturing side,” said Terri Rogers with Drill Baby Drill Staffing. “So our goal is to educate people about the opportunities.”

The company estimates it has placed 500-600 people in the last three years.
