Chicken Tortellini Soup

Chef Jennifer Horton-Foreman from Philipsburg Elks Lodge & Country Club is back in the kitchen. This time she is making Chicken Tortellini Soup!
Chef Jennifer Horton-Foreman from Philipsburg Elks Lodge & Country Club is back in the kitchen (in disguise) and she brought a friend! This time she is making Chicken Tortellini Soup!
 
Chicken Tortellini Soup
 
2 Cups of water 
1 small diced onion 
2 celery stalks (diced) 
2 carrots (diced)
1 C. shredded chicken 
1 chicken bouillon cube 
1 big can of chicken broth 
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cannellini beans
handful of fresh spinach
1 Tbsp. Butter 
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
S & P to taste
1 tsp. parsley
 
Bring to boil 2 cups of water onion, celery, carrot, chicken, and bouillon cube.  Boil til vegetables are tender.  Add beans, spinach, butter, tortellini, and spices. Turn off heat!
Yum and Done!!! That fast!! You can also switch out the chicken for ham cubes! DELISH!!!
