BEA Topples P-O

Eagles move to 2-0; Mounties fall to 0-2
WINGATE, CENTRE COUNTY - Bald Eagle Area capitalized on a pair of first half turnovers to build momentum and beat Philipsburg-Osceola 40-13 Friday night.

The Eagles scored after a Mountie fumble in the first quarter and again after P-O coughed up the ball in the second.

BEA kicker Tyler Schall became the first in school history to boot two field goals in a game.

Bald Eagle travels to Penns Valley next week. Philipsburg-Osceola will play its first home game of the year as it hosts Bellefonte.
