NEW YORK – The New Jersey teen who allegedly climbed to the top of the new World Trade Center tower is now facing an additional charge of BASE Jumping.

Justin Casquejo was arrested in March and charged with Trespassing when he climbed to the top of the under-construction skyscraper.

Though he did not technically BASE jump, a 2008 law makes it illegal to climb or attempt to climb up the exterior of a building.

The teen is expected to be back in court April 30th. The additional charge carries a sentence of up to one year in prison.
