Clyde's Baked Haddock

It's time to head back into the kitchen with Imler's for this week's Chef Showcase.
Clyde Monahan from Imler's Poultry is back with another recipe for Lent.

Baked Haddock

1 1/2  lb of Haddock
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup of Butter
1/4 TSP of Garlic Powder
1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese

Place haddock in greased pan. Melt butter and mix with oil. Add crumbs and mix well. Add cheese and garlic. Spoon over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
