Chef Clyde from Imler's Poultry is back, this time whipping up stuffed turkey breasts. Below is the stuffing recipe.
1 Lb of Bread Cubes
1 stick of butter
of an Onion diced
cup of diced Celery
Salt, Pepper and parsley flakes to flavor
Place the Bread cubes Onion, Celery and Salt, Pepper and Parsley in a mixing bowl and mix around. Melt the stick of Butter and pour over the Mixture. Mix again by hand and allow to cool before using.
