ClearfieldBridge replacement work will close a section of Route 2022 (OShanter Road) in the village of Olanta, starting Monday, June 14.

The road will be closed at the intersection for Route 453 in Olanta starting at 7am on Monday.  PennDOT expects the closure to be in place for a least a week. A detour using Route 453 and Route 2012 (Turkey Hill Road) will be in effect.

PennDOT Clearfield County Maintenance forces will work to remove the current small bridge and replace it with a box culvert. The bridge spans a tributary of Little Clearfield Creek on Route 2022 in Olanta. All work is weather dependent.

Drivers are reminded to obey posted speed limits and detour signs and to always buckle up.

PennDOT also reminds motorists they can log on to 511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions before heading out.
