The flow turned just northeasterly enough and drier air was able to mix in from higher in the atmosphere to allow the clouds to break for sunshine this afternoon. All it takes is a little sunshine to allow temperatures to surge up and will peak close to 70 in some locations. A mainly clear sky and light winds will help temperatures to fall fast tonight, reaching the dewpoint. This will allow fog and low clouds to redevelop. The low clouds and fog will have a tougher time breaking Sunday as the flow backs more to the east then southeast. There also may be a shower in some spots as a dying front approaches from the west. Monday will also be mostly cloudy with a shower or drizzle then clouds will break for some sunshine again Tuesday before more showers return Wednesday into Thursday.
