Assess and Plan
  • Decide on a Goal.
  • Be realistic. Make it achievable. Write it down.
  • It takes a minimum of 21 days to change or create a Habit.
  • Streamline your life.
  • The average woman comes into contact with over 180 chemicals before 10am.
  • Most of these chemicals are in their bath and body and makeup products.

Bath and Body Cosmetics

Take a few minutes to go through all of your cosmetics and put them into 3 groups.
  • Hair
  • Body
  • MakeUp
  • Remove every item that is more than 1 year old.
  • Remove every item that has never been used or opened.
  • Remove every item that you really don't like.
  • Look at the ingredients that are in the products you like that you use.

Recycle what you can.

Old Shampoo might irritate your hair or skin but it can be used as a household cleanser.
Make sure you dispose of sealed containers like hair spray properly.

  • Never share makeup with anyone.
  • Don't use your fingers.
  • Always try to use a spatula or wooden stick to remove product from jars.
  • Clean your brushes at least every month.

  • Mascara - throw it away after 6 months.
  • Lipstick - throw it away after3 months.

  • Try not to eat processed foods. Reduce sugar and white bread. Eat raw fruits.

  • Get some rest. 8 hours of sleep every night.
