Camp Chronicles: Hollidaysburg

HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. - The offseason had a very bitter taste for the guys from Hollidaysburg.

They just barely missed out on the postseason with a week 10 loss to Indiana.

The Golden Tigers biggest loss came on their line with the departure of Zach Simpson.

But they have 6 starters returning on defense and 7 coming back on the offensive side of the ball.

And with a lot of experienced younger guys coming back, the Tigers think the postseason is within their reach.

"We got a lot stronger. Everyone improved from last year. I don't think anyone fell behind or didn't improve at all. I think we're gonna be good, " says senior Nate Eckard.

The Golden Tigers kick off the season on the road at Armstrong.
