Juniata Falls in National Title Game

HUNTINGDON - The No. 3 Juniata College Eagles thrilled the home fans at this weekend's Div. III NCAA Men's Volleyball national tournament. But after wins in the opening round and final four, the Eagles fell short against Springfield in the national title game, losing in straight sets (25-21, 25-20, 25-20). The title for the Pride marked their third in a row.

Alex McColgin led the Eagles with 12 kills in the loss, adding three digs on the defensive end. Paul Kuhn was close behind with 11 kills in the game for Juniata.
