HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY - Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court decided to not revisit the controversial Voter ID bill on Tuesday.
Judge Bernard McGinley claims the law doesn't allow voters easy enough access to valid IDs.
McGinley’s ruling means the law cannot be enforced; that is unless the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court takes some action.
Governor Tom Corbett has less than 30 days to file an appeal.
