State Pattys Day Sexual Assault

UNIVERSITY PARK, CENTRE COUNTY - State College Police say crime was down for this year's State Pattys Day festivities at Penn State, but at least one sexual assault has been reported.

State College Police arrested 20 year old James Blake for allegedly sexually assaulting a female Penn State student. Police say Blake was in town from Newburg, Maryland for State Pattys Day and went into the female student's apartment bedroom while she was sleeping and assaulted her. The victim was able to get out of her room and wake up her roommates. The alleged assault took place on the 700 block of University Drive.

Blake was taken to the Centre County Prison. His bail is set at $30,000.
