PHILADELPHIA, PHILADELPHIA COUNTY – SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania will present arguments before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Wednesday in an attempt to stop closures of more state health centers.

The group says the Corbett administration has already closed 15 of the facilities. The Supreme Court granted a temporary block of the state from taking further action.

According to a release from SEIU, nine more health centers are slated for closure and 22 community health nurse positions have been eliminated.
