HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY - A persistent state lawmaker is planning to pursue a texting ban again this year.
Rep. Eugene DePasquale of York County says he'll introduce legislation that would make it illegal for motorists to text while driving.
Last year, the state House passed a similar bill but it died in the Senate.
More than 30 states have already passed laws banning texting behind the wheel.
