HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY - Pennsylvania is one of the states included in a settlement with the computer giant Apple.
Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced Wednesday that our state is one of 33 that will be receiving money from an e-book price-fixing conspiracy. This, of course, is all pending the approval by the US District Court.
Consumers are set to receive about $400 million in settlement money. Pennsylvania readers made up about 4 percent of the e-book purchases.
