BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - A Bellefonte man plea guilty to four counts of robbery.
Joshua Fagan entered the plea Monday.
Fagan's charges stem from an attempted armed robbery at the Parrish Apothecary on North Allegheny Street in Bellefonte.
Once in the pharmacy, Fagan pulled a 9mm handgun out of his pocket and sat it on the counter. He demanded Ritalin and Adderall.
Workers at the pharmacy notified Fagan that they did not have those drugs, he then became agitated and pointed the loaded gun at those workers.
Fagan was told that police were on their way and he ran from the pharmacy.
Police followed footprints in the snow and recovered items that Fagan dropped along the way, including the handgun.
The 31 year old will be sentenced to 8 to 16 years in prison on August 7, 2014.
