35 more school districts, including 6 in our region are now using a dropout prevention program.
The program identifies middle school students who are at risk of dropping out.
It also identifies school, government and community resources to keep kids stay on track to graduate.
This is a program launched by First Lady Susan Corbett in 2011.The program is free to schools.
It's estimated a school dropout earns a million dollars less than a college graduate throughout their lifetime.
