Three former top Penn State officials were in court today as the fall-out from the Jerry Sandusky conviction continues.
Lawyers representing former Penn State President, Graham Spanier, former Vice President, Gary Shultz, and former Athletic Director Tim Curley were in Harrisburg this morning fighting the criminal charges pending against the three top university officials.
All three were charged with obstruction of justice, endangering the welfare of children and perjury as part of the Sandusky investigation.
The three’s lawyers requested more paperwork to be. The Judge said he needed more time to look over the paper and ended court for today.
