ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Police pull four more children out of a filthy home in the city.

Police officers removed the four children from the Altoona home this weekend. They say the conditions were deplorable and no one should be living there.

This is the second time in about a week where Altoona police have pulled children out of a home and criminally charged the parents.

Police arrested David Greenwalt and Robin King for the conditions they found at 116 East Sixth Avenue this Saturday. They say there was garbage everywhere, there were no hygiene products for the four kids living there, and there was no electricity. And police want the house condemned so no one can move back inside.

And the Family Resource Center at the United Way of Blair County is trying to teach people a different way. They hold classes to teach parents how to make better choices for their children.

The next Make Parenting a Pleasure class at the Family Resource Center starts in September.
