CONEMAUGH TOWNSHIP, SOMERSET COUNTY - More than a dozen heroin overdoses in the course of a week. The Cambria County District Attorney says they were due to a bad batch of heroin stamped with the "7 of Hearts." On Saturday night police in Somerset County say they have made an arrest.

24 year old Aaron Wade Walters was arrested by Conemaugh Township Police. He's accused of selling the heroin in the area. Walters is expected to be arraigned in front of Magistrate Judge Douglas Bell.
