ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Long-time players and people who only play for the big money come out for the fifth largest Powerball drawing in history.

It’s a rare gamble for Kalyn Garcia, she only plays when the jackpot is really big. But some other people have a different strategy.

Sandi Iachini always plays. She knows it is a long shot, in this case 1 in 175 million, she doesn't think of her odds like that. She says she has the same chance as everyone else. Like most people she has a plan if she wins. She has four children and almost four grandchildren and she’d make all their lives better.

Garcia would buy a new car, new house, and go traveling.

But even though Dean Kepner plays every week, he says he never thought that far ahead, but he admitted he would probably quit his job.
