UNIVERSITY PARK, CENTRE COUNTY – The Delta Upsilon fraternity at Penn State University is facing sanctions from the school’s student-run Interfraternity Council.

State College Police filed charges against the fraternity for allegedly serving alcohol to minors during a party in August 2013. The fraternity waived their preliminary hearing March 19th.

University officials say a member of the fraternity is also facing sanctions after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at the same party. Delta Upsilon is currently on social probation.
