ALTOONA - After 20 weeks, the protests have stopped outside the Penelec office and 142 employees are returning to work Monday.
The company locked them out just before Thanksgiving after neither side could agree to a contract.
The union says they will work under the terms of the company's last best and final offer made in November.
The two sides plan to continue to negotiate,
Union leaders are hopeful they can still reach an agreement.
