Patients register for medical marijuana

Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pa - Pennsylvania's medical marijuana program took another step forward on Monday. The Wolf Administration tested the patient and caregiver registry by having actual caregivers and patients sign up for the program.

Dana Ulrich registered her ten-year-old daughter who's had epilepsy since she was two.

"We've had the Safe Harbor  Program but to finally make this huge step to have her register for the program and be able to access the medical cannabis in this state is a very exciting step," she says.

Health officials hope to use feedback from Monday's event to improve the process.
