Dr. Glenn Davis’ office in Geistown and his nearby home were raided by federal agents in May 2013.
Davis told WTAJ at the time he believed the raids were in retaliation for lawsuits he filed against a number of agencies including the DEA; and because he prescribes drugs like Oxycodone to his patients.
“They’re fishing for evidence that I’ve done something wrong,” said Dr. Davis in May 2013. “They took medical records of selected patients that they suspect are not legitimate, from home they took all of my personal records – that I am getting kickbacks or something.”
Davis denied he was receiving kickbacks. He also said in 2013 he was cooperating with authorities.
