HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY – Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court announced Wednesday afternoon they will not review the conviction of former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky.

Sandusky is currently serving a 30-60 year sentence for abusing 10 boys.

Three other schools officials, including former university president Graham Spanier, face charges for their alleged cover up of the complaints against Sandusky.

Attorney General Kathleen Kane released a statement Wednesday afternoon after the high court’s decision was handed down. “We are very pleased with the Supreme Court's decision. Protecting Pennsylvania’s children is one of my top priorities and I remain committed to seeking justice for all victims of sexual abuse.”
