Overnight shooting investigation

Johnstown, Cambria County, Pa. - An overnight shooting in Cambria County is now being ruled a homicide.

At a news conference Tuesday afternoon, investigators identified the victim as 33-year-old Brandon Risien. Police say another person who was also shot did survive.

The shooting took place around 1:30 a.m. outside of Three Reds Tavern on Horner Street.  Police say someone drove both men to the hospital.

At this point investigators are not naming a suspect, nor a motive for the shooting.

Detectives from the Johnstown Police Department spent the day reviewing surveillance tapes and speaking with people who may have witnessed the shooting.
