Blair County Coroner's office identified the driver as Troy Shaw, 30 of Duncansville, PA
The call came in just after 2:30 am on Thursday morning.
It happened on Old Route 220 in Juniata Township.
That's right by the Blair and Cambria County line.
State police say Shaw lost control, and traveled 160 feet across a grass median before striking a stop sign.
The victim was taken to UPMC Altoona where he later died from his injuries.
State police are continuing to investigate.
