Members of the program were on hand for the ribbon cutting. They've now got a separate study area, plenty of storage and two brand new bathrooms.
And this particular building holds special meaning for one of the volunteer who helps with the program, since it was her former home.
"It's gotten me so far in life because I'm an honor student and without some of the people here, I wouldn't been here, and gone as far as I have," said Mackenzie Rinker.
This facility was built thanks to the $200,000 in grants and loans.
