ATLANTA, GEORGIA – Georgia Governor Nathan Deal told the media Friday he is to blame for the state not being prepared for the snow and ice which crippled Atlanta Tuesday.

Roads were virtually impassible Tuesday evening after 2.6” snow fell on Georgia’s largest city. Thousands of people were forced to abandon their cars on highways after sitting still for hours.

Traffic problems also forced many kids to spend the night at school on school buses.  Deal says he will order a review to find out how to avoid problems in the future.
