WASHINGTON, D.C. - Five United States' Congressmen are calling on the NCAA to rescind the sanctions to Penn State University.  Among those congressmen are Glenn G.T. Thompson who represents Pennsylvania's 5th District.

In the letter to NCAA President Mark Emmert, they say that "by limiting scholarships and imposing a financial burden on Penn State, the NCAA has failed to live up to its mission statement."
