Man Sentenced in Cocaine Distribution Case

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY – A Windber man will serve five years probation, the first six months of which under home confinement, for a federal charge of conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

According to prosecutors, 31-year-old Peter Donato conspired to possess and distribute more than half a kilogram of cocaine between November 2011 and July 18, 2012.

Drug Task Forces from Blair, Cambria and Somerset Counties worked with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office were a part of the investigation leading to the conviction.
