Lawsuit against township filed over waste water disposal well
Papers have now been filed, as the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is suing Highland Township over a waste water disposal well. DEP officials announced on Monday, the permits for the corporation Seneca Resources to use the well as a disposal site have been approved.
