STATE COLLEGE - A lightning strike is being blamed for starting a fire in State College.
Flames broke out at a home around 7:30 Sunday night along Shellers Bend.
Fire Crews quickly responded, but part of the four unit complex is a total loss.
Three other attached units have smoke and water damage.
Firefighters were on scene until 12:45 Monday Morning, but had to return to the scene around 3 a.m. to extinguish hot spots.
One firefighter was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No one was home at the time of the fire.
The fire has been ruled accidental.
