4 cups vegetable broth
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 box of spaghetti
Handful of frozen spinach
1 can of tomatoes
1 onion (you can substitute a sprinkle of onion powder)
4 cloves of garlic (you can substitute a sprinkle of garlic powder)
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
(you can add shrimp and scallops for a seafood version)
Put a lid on the pot and turn the stove on high.
Let it come to a full boil
turn down to medium heat without the lid.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes until broth is soaked up by the noodles.
